From El Paso, Texas to SMWC; Women's Soccer Adds Fernanda Delgado

EL PASO, Texas. - Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College head women's soccer coach Craig Hendry announced the signing of Fernanda Delgado to the 2020-21 incoming recruiting class. Delgado signed her National Letter-of-Intent to play women's soccer and will play midfield for SMWC. She was joined by family and friends on Zoom, as all parties involved with the signing were respectful of the CDC recommendations.

"It is very exciting to join the SMWC girls soccer team. I am positive that there is no other school for me. Coach Hendry has been extremely welcoming, and kind and I am sure that I will learn a lot from him. I am thankful to him for giving me the opportunity to join this team.
